Recentment, el diari d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica Expansi\u00f3n s&#8217;ha fet ress\u00f2 del creixement de l&#8217;empresa arran de la inversi\u00f3 de mig mili\u00f3 d&#8217;euros en R+D. Des dels seus inicis, Masvoz ha apostat pel desenvolupament de solucions de telecomunicacions per a empreses, ofert sota el model del cloud computing, sistema que permet gestionar les comunicacions de forma integrada. De fet, les empreses que gaudeixen dels avantatges que els proporciona Masvoz estalvien fins a un 80% pel que fa als serveis tradicionals de telefonia. Masvoz \u00e9s un operador de telecomunicacions que centra la seva activitat en els serveis de veu (centraleta virtual, enregistrament de trucades, IVR, enrutament intel\u00b7ligent, reconeixement i s\u00edntesi de veu, multiconfer\u00e8ncia, b\u00fastia de veu virtual, telefonia IP, sistema virtual d&#8217;agents, clic2call, monitoratge de trucades en temps real); numeraci\u00f3 (xarxa intel\u00b7ligent, geogr\u00e0fica, m\u00f2bil i internacional); SMS (enviament SMS i SMS premium); fax (fax virtual, enviament massiu), i serveis de cobrament TPV.
