A trav\u00e9s d\u0092&#8217;aquesta eina, 700 agents telef\u00f2nics resolen entre el 2 d\u0092&#8217;abril i l\u0092&#8217;1 de juliol els dubtes dels contribuents relatius a la liquidaci\u00f3 d\u0092&#8217;aquest impost.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Contact Center Virtual<\/strong> de Masvoz permet no nom\u00e9s la gesti\u00f3 de les trucades entrants (locucions, enrutaments, cues, transfer\u00e8ncia de trucades&#8230;), sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 l\u0092&#8217;acc\u00e9s a tot un seguit de funcionalitats de valor afegit que faciliten el seguiment de la qualitat del servei (monitoritzaci\u00f3 de l\u0092&#8217;activitat dels agents, gravaci\u00f3 i escolta online de trucades en temps real i informes estad\u00edstics, entre d\u0092&#8217;altres).<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que els agents estan distribu\u00efts en diferents contact centers situats a diverses prov\u00edncies, el servei es gestiona de forma unificada des del <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/\/www.masvoz.es\/productes\/tauler-de-control\" title=\"Tauler de Control\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Tauler de Control<\/strong><\/a>, una \u00fatil i intu\u00eftiva eina que permet organitzar i gestionar de forma aut\u00f2noma, flexible i en temps real l\u0092&#8217;activitat del contact center.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest projecte, a m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha integrat el <strong>Contact Center Virtual<\/strong> amb l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via de gesti\u00f3 del client, cosa que demostra la gran flexibilitat dels productes de Masvoz. I tot el projecte s&#8217;ha desenvolupat en nom\u00e9s 3 setmanes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u0092&#8217;\u00e8xit de les solucions basades en el model cloud <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Masvoz desenvolupa solucions avan\u00e7ades de telefonia per a empreses des del \u0091n\u00favol\u0092, un model que ha demostrat la seva efic\u00e0cia i utilitat en la gesti\u00f3 de trucades en contact centers de diferents mides\u00a0i sectors d\u0092&#8217;activitat.
