Hi ha un sol objectiu: l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia en el servei d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agents m\u00e9s productius<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb la nova versi\u00f3 de la plataforma masvoz, <b>el navegador web de l&#8217;ordinador es converteix en un complet i c\u00f2mode terminal telef\u00f2nic a trav\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3 del protocol WebRTC.<\/b> Gr\u00e0cies al <i>webphone, <\/i>els agents pdoran gestionar trucades des de qualsevol ordinador conectat a internet i amb uns auriculars, sense necessitat del dispositu f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p>A aquesta novetat, s&#8217;hi sumen dues altres funcions dissenyades per a facilitar i optimitzar la tasca dels agents telef\u00f2nics: la <b>tipificaci\u00f3 de trucades i la reprogramaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica<\/b>. Gr\u00e0cies a la primera, els agents podran categoritzar les trucades entrants en funci\u00f3 d&#8217;una llista d&#8217;opcions predefinides, mentre que la segona ofereix la possibilitat de programar la marcaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica a un usuari concret en un horari determinat. Aquesta \u00faltima versi\u00f3 del Cloud Contact Center de masvoz mant\u00e9, a m\u00e9s,\u00a0 funcionalitats com la de poder gravar una conversa en qualsevol moment, canviar l&#8217;estat de l&#8217;agent o seleccionar el terminal d&#8217;extensi\u00f3 amb qu\u00e8 es prestar\u00e0 el servei, que ja s&#8217;oferien en altres versions precedents de la plataforma.<\/p>\n<p><b>Campanyes sempre sota control (des de qualsevol dispositiu)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El nou panell de control del Cloud Contact Center\u00a0garanteix un major control en temps real al supervisor a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un <i>wallboard,<\/i> un quadre de comandament en qu\u00e8 disposar\u00e0 de tota la informaci\u00f3 de cues i nivell de servei. D&#8217;aquesta manera, el supervisor podr\u00e0 prendre decisions o introduir correccions del servei en tot momento i oferir aix\u00ed un servei m\u00e9s eficient.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra de les novetats que introdueix la nova plataforma d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client de masvoz \u00e9s la de la supervisi\u00f3 activa a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un sistema d&#8217;escolta de converses en temps real i de trucades finalitzades ja gravades; una aplicaci\u00f3 de <i>whispering<\/i> amb qu\u00e8 ser\u00e0 possible donar indicacions de gesti\u00f3 de les trucades en curs; i un servei de reassignaci\u00f3 de trucades entre agents. A m\u00e9s, la nova versi\u00f3 basada en HTML5 es pot utilitzar des de qualsevol dispositiu connectat a Internet.<\/p>\n<p><b>Millor experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;usuari <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Masvoz ha incorporat tamb\u00e9 una s\u00e8rie de solucions pensades per a\u00a0 garantir una millor experi\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;usuari final en els seves consultes, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un sistema de recepci\u00f3 inte\u00b7ligent de trucades.
