{"id":32793,"date":"2016-03-22T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-22T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/enreach.es\/blog\/blogel-contact-center-de-la-generacio-millennial\/"},"modified":"2023-12-20T13:47:44","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T12:47:44","slug":"blogel-contact-center-de-la-generacio-millennial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/enreach.es\/ca\/blog\/blogel-contact-center-de-la-generacio-millennial\/","title":{"rendered":"El contact center de la generaci\u00f3 millennial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Van n\u00e9ixer amb la prosperitat econ\u00f2mica i compten amb caracter\u00edstiques similars: joves, egoc\u00e8ntrics, malcriats, per\u00f2 sobretot, acad\u00e8micament molt preparats. \u00c9s la Generaci\u00f3 Y o Millennials, anomenats aix\u00ed perqu\u00e8 van arribar a la majoria d&#8217;edat amb el canvi de mil\u00b7leni.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #39006c;\"><strong>Qui s\u00f3n els Millennials?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Amb l&#8217;arribada del nou mil\u00b7leni, va haver-hi una generaci\u00f3 de joves que van arribar a la majoria d&#8217;edat; havien nascut entre 1981 i 1995, en una \u00e8poca de prosperitat econ\u00f2mica que els va permetre cr\u00e9ixer en un ambient segur i confortable. Des d&#8217;una perspectiva num\u00e8rica, eren menys que en la generaci\u00f3 dels seus pares, aix\u00ed que la renda de cadascun d&#8217;ells era major, motiu pel qual de m\u00e9s capritxos i tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;una millor educaci\u00f3. Un estudi realitzat per\u00a0<em>Pew Research<\/em> indica\u00a0<strong>la seva intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia superior, la tecnologia, la roba i la cultura pop com els trets que els defineixen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La periodista Leslie Kwoh afirma que s\u00f3n criticats per ser impacients, malcriats i, sobretot, per tenir un t\u00edtol acad\u00e8mic, per\u00f2 van topar amb una trista realitat: era la generaci\u00f3 millor preparada, i estava a l&#8217;atur. Per\u00f2 malgrat tot l&#8217;anteriorment citat i que en apari\u00e8ncia resulten trets negatius, els Millennials han acabat per ser l&#8217;objecte de desig de les empreses.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #39006c;\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n tan desitjats per les empreses?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Num\u00e8ricament, eren menys que la generaci\u00f3 del seus pares (1.700 milions a tot el m\u00f3n i m\u00e9s de 8 milions a Espanya segons l&#8217;INE) motiu pel qual els Millennials van gaudir d&#8217;una renda m\u00e9s alta. Tot i que la seva incorporaci\u00f3 al mercat laboral \u00e9s m\u00e9s lenta,\u00a0<strong>han gaudit de fins un 111% m\u00e9s de poder de compra que els seus pares, fet que els ha convertit en compradors primmirats que necessiten llibertat per provar<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, necessiten ostentar el control total del proc\u00e9s de compra, segons\u00a0l&#8217;estudio realitzat per la revista <em>Time<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, els Millennials constitueixen el sector poblacional ideal per a les marques. A aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha de sumar el seu bon grau d&#8217;educaci\u00f3, superior al de generacions anteriors. Seguint l&#8217;estudi publicat, m\u00e9s de la meitat d&#8217;ells tenen una titulaci\u00f3 universit\u00e0ria i el 89% pensa que \u00e9s important aprendre constantment a la feina; la meitat prefereix no tenir feina a estar en un treball que odi\u00efn i, a m\u00e9s, tenen una mentalitat m\u00e9s oberta de &#8220;viure la vida&#8221; i no tan agressiva com la dels seus pares, que nom\u00e9s treballaven per guanyar diners i obtenir un bon lloc en una empresa.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #39006c;\"><strong>Millennials, el perfil de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els Millennials es consideres els reis de l&#8217;smartphone en particular i de les noves tecnologies en general, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;smartphone \u00e9s el rei de la tecnologia per aquests joves. Una relaci\u00f3 rec\u00edproca sens dubte recolzada en qu\u00e8 ambd\u00f3s han crescut junts. Segons un altre estudi realitzat per\u00a0<em>Deloitte<\/em>, el 2015, el 89% dels joves d&#8217;entre 18 i 35 anys van accedir a l&#8217;smartphone i el 85% ho va fer al port\u00e0til. Aix\u00ed, l&#8217;\u00fas de l&#8217;smartphone ja superar a l&#8217;ordinador, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un avantatge del que es pot treure partit.<\/p>\n<p>No utilitzen el tel\u00e8fon per realitzar trucades de veu. De fet, el 22% va romandre almenys una setmana sense efectuar-les, per\u00f2 mai han deixat de comunicar-se,\u00a0<strong>simplement han substitu\u00eft les trucades de veu per una combinaci\u00f3 de serveis de missatgeria, veu i v\u00eddeo sobre IP. Segons\u00a0<em>Deloitte<\/em>, tot aix\u00f2 empeny a les noves empreses a adaptar les seves estrat\u00e8gies a aquests nous consumidors<\/strong>, a la vegada que incorporar-los com a for\u00e7a laboral.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #39006c;\"><strong>Com donar als Millennials un gran servei d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si hem ent\u00e8s qui integra la generaci\u00f3 Millennial i quins trets els caracteritzen, no resultarpa dif\u00edcil assumir que el segment de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client haur\u00e0 d&#8217;adaptar les seves estrat\u00e8gies per aconseguir una qualitat \u00f2ptima. Per aix\u00f2, tal i com indica John Rampton a la publicaci\u00f3\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/article\/250609\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Entrepreneur<\/a><em>, <\/em>s&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;atendre a unes observacions pr\u00e8vies, totes elles compartides tamb\u00e9 per Tamar Frumkin, experta e m\u00e0rqueting de continguts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els Millennials han crescut amb Internet, estan acostumats a buscar la informaci\u00f3 per si mateixos,\u00a0<strong>prefereixen l&#8217;autoservei al contacte hum\u00e0<\/strong>, en definitiva, s\u00f3n autosuficients i, per tant,\u00a0<strong>el web corporatiu ha d&#8217;incorporar una p\u00e0gina de preguntes freq\u00fcents, f\u00f2rum on realitzar i respondre q\u00fcestions, tutorials, etc.<\/strong> Aix\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s permetr\u00e0 als Millennials resoldre per s\u00ed mateixos els seus dubtes, sin\u00f3 que suposar\u00e0 un m\u00e8tode rendible per a l&#8217;empresa, doncs precisar\u00e0 de menys personal dedicat a l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Els\u00a0Millennials <strong>estan acostumats a accedir a les respostes en temps real<\/strong>; &#8220;el 25% de la generaci\u00f3 del mil\u00b7leni espera obtenir una resposta dins dels 10 minuts posteriors a contactar amb el servei d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client a trav\u00e9s de xarxes socials, i m\u00e9s del 30% esperen la mateixa velocitat de resposta al publicar una consulta a trav\u00e9s de missatges de text. Per tant, l&#8217;haur\u00e0 de respondre r\u00e0pidament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Els Millennials <strong>estan presents en m\u00faltiples canals i dispositius<\/strong>, l&#8217;empresa tamb\u00e9 haur\u00e0 d&#8217;estar-ho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La comunicaci\u00f3 cara a cara ha passat a la hist\u00f2ria. Els Millennials volen\u00a0<strong>poden escollir la forma amb qu\u00e8 contacten amb les marques, incloent SMS o xarxes socials<\/strong>; nom\u00e9s l&#8217;1% de les trucades al departament d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client s\u00f3n efectuades per aquests usuaris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00c9s necessari parlar el mateix idioma<\/strong>, el servei d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client amb gui\u00f3 ja no t\u00e9 cabuda entre els Millennials. Jay Coldren, d&#8217;Hotels EDITION, afirma que &#8220;la generaci\u00f3 del Mil\u00b7leni vol conversar en el seu propi idioma, d&#8217;acord amb les seves pr\u00f2pies regles. Parlen en tweets, textos i missatges de Facebook. Si vols arribar a ells, has de parlar en la seva llengua nativa. I has de ser totalment aut\u00e8ntic&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tot i que no desitgen el contacte face to face, els Millennials\u00a0<strong>volen saber qui hi ha darrere les marques, qui resp\u00f3n a les xarxes socials<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan important una secci\u00f3 del tipus Qui Som. Es preocupen per la filosofia i els valors de l&#8217;empresa: m\u00e9s del 50% de la generaci\u00f3 del mil\u00b7leni s&#8217;esfor\u00e7a per comprar productes d&#8217;aquelles empreses que donen suport les causes que els interessen, afirma Miach Solomon a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/micahsolomon\/2015\/11\/14\/2016-is-the-year-of-the-millennial-customer-heres-how-to-be-ready\/#724e6d496e72\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forbes<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00f3n la generaci\u00f3 millor preparada i educada, oberta a noves experi\u00e8ncies, cultures i visions del m\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>no se&#8217;ls pot enganyar f\u00e0cilment<\/strong>, aix\u00ed que la marca ha de prendre avantatge d&#8217;aix\u00f2 aportant un valor afegit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No els prengui per iguals, no ho s\u00f3n<\/strong>. Tot i que existeixen trets comuns en tots els Millennials, el cert \u00e9s que segons el\u00a0Boston Consulting Group existeixen almenys sis grups diferenciats. Con\u00e8ixer quin d&#8217;ells \u00e9s el segment objectiu ajudar\u00e0 a proporcionar-li el servei que necessita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Els\u00a0Millennials no dubten en abandonar a una companyia; m\u00e9s de la meitat ho fan cada any despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una mala experi\u00e8ncia. Aix\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>el servei d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client ha de ser de primera categoria si el que es desitja \u00e9s mantenir la fidelitat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, els\u00a0Millennials no s\u00f3n si no una generaci\u00f3 diferent a l&#8217;anterior, que ha crescut i s&#8217;ha desenvolupat a la mateixa vegada que el nou entorn en qu\u00e8 ho ha fet i on Internet i les noves tecnologies han transformat per complet el panorama comunicatiu.
