Els clients satisfets, feli\u00e7os, contribueixen a la bona salut dels negocis, es mantenen fidels a la marca i fins i tot actuen com a generadors de nous clients.<\/p>\n<p>Pel contrari, en un m\u00f3n altament digitalitzat on les xarxes socials formen part de la nostra vida quotidiana, un client insatisfet pot compartir les seves queixes amb milers de contactes, amics i seguidors en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de minuts, i conduir a una crisi empresarial sense precedents.<\/p>\n<p>La immensa majoria de les empreses actuals en s\u00f3n conscients, i saben que necessiten (han) d\u2019<strong>oferir un excel\u00b7lent servei al client<\/strong>. Malgrat aix\u00f2, un recent informe elaborat per la firma SuperOffice amb el t\u00edtol \u201c2017 Customer Service Benchmark Report\u201d, posa de manifest l\u2019enorme bretxa que existeix entre clients i empreses, respecte de la percepci\u00f3 de la qualitat de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client: <strong>mentre el 80% de les empreses creu que proporcionen un excel\u00b7lent servei al client, nom\u00e9s el 8% dels clients comparteixen aquesta percepci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Efectivament, les dades resulten sorprenents, fet pel qual va ser necessari indagar sobre aquesta difer\u00e8ncia de percepci\u00f3 tan abismal amb l\u2019objectiu de comprovar si el resultat era correcte o no. Per aix\u00f2, SuperOffice va emprendre una investigaci\u00f3 en tres \u00e0mbits:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Com comparen entre si les empreses els seus serveis d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Com responen i com gestionen les empreses les sol\u00b7lituds d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia per part dels clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha d\u2019aprendre de les empreses que ofereixen la millor qualitat en el servei al client<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En aquest treball es va analitzar la qualitat del servei d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client de 500 empreses de totes les mides i repartides per tot el m\u00f3n. A totes se\u2019ls hi van plantejar dos \u00faniques q\u00fcestions per correu electr\u00f2nic:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Disposa d\u2019un n\u00famero de tel\u00e8fon al qual es pugui trucar?<\/li>\n<li>On puc trobar informaci\u00f3 sobre preus a la seva p\u00e0gina web?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La resposta a aquestes dues preguntes va ser avaluada num\u00e8ricament de 0 (p\u00e8ssim) a 100 (excel\u00b7lent), atenent a criteris de rapidesa en la resposta, si ambdues q\u00fcestions van ser respostes en el primer contacte, el to de la resposta, el seguiment posterior, etc\u00e8tera. Els resultats, d\u2019igual forma que partia aquest estudi, van ser tamb\u00e9 sorprenents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El 41% de les empreses no va respondre a la sol\u00b7licitud de servei a client.<\/li>\n<li>El 90% de les empreses no va recon\u00e8ixer haver rebut un correu electr\u00f2nic.<\/li>\n<li>El 99% de les empreses no va realitzar un seguiment posterior dels clients.<\/li>\n<li>Nom\u00e9s l\u201911% de les empreses va respondre ambdues q\u00fcestions en la primera resposta.<\/li>\n<li>El temps mitj\u00e0 de resposta va ser de 15 hores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.superoffice.com\/blog\/customer-service-benchmark-report\/\"><strong>estudi<\/strong><\/a> continua analitzant un per un aquests resultats, al temps que suggereix <strong>\u201c<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/blog\/10-tendencies-clau-per-millorar-latencio-al-client\/\"><strong>les millors pr\u00e0ctiques<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u201d amb la finalitat d\u2019evitar aquests errors i evolucionar cap al millor servei d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els clients constitueixen la ra\u00f3 de ser de tota empresa i negoci, el trampol\u00ed als seus \u00e8xits, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 als seus fracassos.
