Per aix\u00f2, l\u2019estudi de Salesforce defineix 6 punts clau per a les empreses en la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>1.- Posar als clients en el centre del seu negoci<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Les companyies intel\u00b7ligents entenen que els clients determinen l\u2019\u00e8xit futur del seu negoci. Aquestes companyies guanyen lleialtat al tractar als clients com a individus, anticipant les seves necessitats i atenen a la seva mobilitat.
