Aix\u00ed mateix, l\u2019estudi reflecteix la major professionalitzaci\u00f3 que es viu en els serveis d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client oferts pels call center de les empreses, caracteritzats per la qualitat i la qualificaci\u00f3 dels agents.<\/p>\n<p>Segons dades de l\u2019informe, a Espanya, <strong>la facturaci\u00f3 del sector contact center va ser de 1.606,48 milions d\u2019euros el 2017<\/strong>, el que implica un creixement del 3,14%, mentre que a l\u2019estranger va ser de 211,34 milions d\u2019euros, un 9,12%. A nivell global, les empreses pertanyents a l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 CEX van facturar un total de 1.817,82 milions d\u2019euros, un 3,8% m\u00e9s que el 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 creix el nombre de persones que treballen en el sector. En total, va comptar amb 74.196 persones treballant durant l\u2019exercici 2017, xifra que suposa un augment del 5,2% amb respecte a l\u2019any anterior.<\/p>\n<p>El 86% de professionals de les empreses de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 CEX treballa com agents, ja siguin teleoperadors, especialistes o gestors telef\u00f2nics. Segons l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ace.adigital.org\/estudios\/estudio-situacion-contact-center-2017-version-ejecutiva.pdf\">estudi<\/a>, aquesta xifra ha crescut en un 4,8% el 2017. D\u2019altra banda, els coordinadors representen el 6,4%, havent ascendit, en un 4,7%, el nombre de coordinadors de servei i descendit, en un 2,8%, els coordinadors dedicats. El nombre de supervisors s\u2019ha incrementat en un 7,5% i el personal d\u2019estructura en un 10,9%.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Quins sectors demanden m\u00e9s els serveis de call center?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tant a Espanya com a l\u2019estranger, el principal sector que demanda els <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/cloud-contact-center\">serveis dels contact center<\/a> <\/strong>segueix sent el de les Telecomunicacions.<\/p>\n<p>Destaca el considerable increment de pes dels sectors Banca i Serveis Financers, Assegurances i Mitjans de Comunicaci\u00f3 sobre les dades del 2016. Tamb\u00e9 es produeix un notable descens del sector <em>Utilities<\/em> i en menor mesura de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>servei d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 al Client segueix sent el m\u00e9s demandat<\/strong>, amb un pes del 48%, un percentatge lleugerament inferior a l\u2019any anterior (50%).<\/p>\n<p>En segon lloc, es troba la Venda, amb un 22% i a gran dist\u00e0ncia es situen el Suport T\u00e8cnic i Back Office, ambd\u00f3s amb un 8% i Retenci\u00f3, amb un percentatge del 7%.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>On es concentren la major part de les feines del sector contact center?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Per comunitats aut\u00f2nomes, aquelles que concentren la major part dels llocs de treball s\u00f3n, per aquest ordre, <strong>Madrid, Andalusia i Catalunya<\/strong>, que sumen el 69% del total de persones empleades. Fora d\u2019Espanya, el pa\u00eds que concentra la majoria de llocs de treball \u00e9s <strong>Col\u00f2mbia<\/strong>, amb 10.882 agents i , en segon lloc, Per\u00fa, amb 7.474. En xifres globals, la feina a l\u2019estranger ha crescut un 25% respecte l\u2019any 2016.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Agents cada cop m\u00e9s qualificats<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>formaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s un altre punt important de l\u2019informe, ja que cada vegada atenen demandes de major complexitat i de sectors que requereixen una alta especialitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Segons les dades del 2017, el 31,3% dels agents t\u00e9 estudis universitaris, un 48,4% t\u00e9 estudis secundaris i un 20,4% disposa de formaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s destacable que el 14,2% dels agents domina un segon idioma i que aquesta xifra hagi crescut gaireb\u00e9 6 punts percentuals respecte a l\u2019exercici del 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Segons <strong>\u00cd\u00f1igo Arribalzaga, president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 CEX<\/strong>, \u201c<em>el sector del contact center porta anys prenent el rumb de la professionalitzaci\u00f3, quelcom que s\u2019evidencia tant en la qualitat dels serveis oferts per les companyies com en la qualificaci\u00f3 dels professionals.
