Per aix\u00f2, <strong>les empreses han de saber on i per qu\u00e8 els clients interactuen en moments determinats per comprendre els seus objectius reals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Usant aquesta informaci\u00f3, les organitzacions poden implementar l\u2019autoservei en els moments adequats, assegurant que l\u2019autoservei ajuda al client en el seu viatge i la seva experi\u00e8ncia. Per tant, l\u2019autoservei ha de ser part d\u2019una estrat\u00e8gia curosament dissenyada. Han de con\u00e8ixer el temps associat amb una interacci\u00f3 d\u2019autoservei i rastrejar factors com \u201crepeticions\u201d o \u201cproblemes de men\u00fa incorrectes\u201d per determinar si l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia \u00e9s valuosa.<\/p>\n<p>Els l\u00edders dels call center mai permetrien que les converses de veu no es supervisessin o es mesuressin.
