Si b\u00e9 algunes empreses s\u2019estan movent en la direcci\u00f3 correcta amb les seves estrat\u00e8gies omnicanal, a moltes els hi manca un marc intern el suficientment fort com per entendre les implicacions de cara al client.<\/p>\n<p>Segons un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/2018\/03\/self-service-why-connected-customer-portals-vital.html\">informe<\/a> recent de Salesforce, <strong>el 59% dels consumidors i el 71% dels compradors de negocis van afirmar que la disponibilitat d\u2019autoservei afecta la lleialtat a la marca<\/strong>.
