Per qu\u00e8 els xat bots s\u00f3n rellevants per a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i els seus client? Quins resultats esperen aconseguir en \u00faltima inst\u00e0ncia? Quins factors han de tenir-se en compte en la implantaci\u00f3 de xat bots en el servei al client?<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019establir aquesta visi\u00f3, els call center milloren l\u2019efic\u00e0cia del proc\u00e9s i augmenten les possibilitats de trobar la millor soluci\u00f3 possible. No obstant, la millor soluci\u00f3 no garanteix l\u2019\u00e8xit de la iniciativa ni produeix autom\u00e0ticament els resultats desitjats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019efic\u00e0cia dels bots dep\u00e8n en gran mesura de l\u2019entorn en el qual operen<\/strong>. Si l\u2019empresa no estableix el millor escenari possible per a la nova tecnologia, no podr\u00e0 aprofitar totalment el potencial de les solucions. L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 sabr\u00e0 el que esperava aconseguir, per\u00f2 en realitat no assolir\u00e0 aquests objectius.<\/p>\n<p>Segons CCW Digital, <strong>els elements relacionats amb les persones, el proc\u00e9s i l\u2019entorn general del contact center tenen un gran impacte en la tecnologia bot<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>5 factors a considerar en la implantaci\u00f3 de xat bots en el servei al client:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>1) Mapeig de viatges<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els bots no s\u00f3n canal de contacte <em>per se<\/em>. S\u00f3n eines per <strong>millorar l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia <\/strong>oferta en punts de contacte que ja existeixen (o haurien d\u2019existir) en el viatge del client.<\/p>\n<p>Per garantir una experi\u00e8ncia satisfact\u00f2ria, <strong>l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 necessita un mapa detallar i en temps real de la traject\u00f2ria dels seus clients<\/strong>. On prefereixen els clients gestionar certs problemes? On suporten la major quantitat \u201cd\u2019insatisfacci\u00f3\u201d al llarg de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia? Usant aquesta informaci\u00f3, les organitzacions poden determinar la millor manera d\u2019implementar bots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A l\u2019implementar els bots, l\u2019empresa ha de continuar monitorejant i mapejant el viatge del client<\/strong>. Com est\u00e0 canviant la utilitzaci\u00f3 del canal? Quins problemes tendeixen a donar m\u00e9s problemes als bots? Hi ha un canvi en els tipus d\u2019interaccions que s\u2019escalen als agents en viu? Quines s\u00f3n les trucades m\u00e9s llargues? Un cop analitzats aquests aspectes, es poden comen\u00e7ar a resoldre els problemes, determinar quines dades es necessitaran i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/productes\/\"><strong>optimitzar les interaccions<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2) Transformaci\u00f3 operativa<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de centrar-se en com els bots impacten en l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia del client, <strong>les organitzacions han de prestar atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019impacte en el panorama operacional<\/strong>. Tots els bots (orientats al client o orientats al negoci, basats en regles o conversacionals, proactius o reactius) tenen ramificacions pel call center. Cultivar el coneixement, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, representa un component fonamental de l\u2019<strong>estrat\u00e8gia bot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Els bots basats en Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial (AI) tenen una gran base sobre la qual adquirir coneixement, ja que aprenen en funci\u00f3 de les seves interaccions reals, per\u00f2 l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 segueix exercint un paper important en l\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 i l\u2019expansi\u00f3 d\u2019aquest coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 determina els sistemes en els quals s\u2019integren els bots, els tipus d\u2019interaccions que gestionen els bots (i d\u2019aquesta manera poden aprendre) i la varietat de preguntes que fan els bots (que, a l\u2019hora, determina quina informaci\u00f3 recopila dels clients).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 exerceix un paper en la conducci\u00f3 del motor AI. A l\u2019aprovar i rebutjar certes respostes, la m\u00e0 humana condiciona el comportament del robot.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>4) Re-entrenament dels agents<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Si els bots tenen un paper en el comprom\u00eds del client, necessiten un grau de re-entrenament de l\u2019agent.<\/p>\n<p>Creient que els bots gestionaran els assumptes m\u00e9s simples i transaccionals, algunes organitzacions pensen que <strong>els agents s\u2019enfocaran en els assumptes m\u00e9s complexes<\/strong>.
