En el curs del servei a un client, \u00e9s possible que s\u2019actualitzi informaci\u00f3 com adreces de correu electr\u00f2nic i de domicili, informaci\u00f3 de targetes de cr\u00e8dit i prefer\u00e8ncies de contacte. Els agents han d\u2019introduir aquesta informaci\u00f3 amb precisi\u00f3 per garantir una base de dades de clients correcta i actualitzada.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>6) Bona mem\u00f2ria<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els agents tenen una gran quantitat d\u2019informaci\u00f3 per realitzar seguiments de les trucades rebudes dels clients. Con\u00e8ixer la informaci\u00f3 de mem\u00f2ria \u00e9s \u00f2ptim, per\u00f2 recordar on trobar la informaci\u00f3 \u00e9s igual d\u2019important. Per tant, <strong>els agents automotivats poden tenir un impacte significatiu en els seus equips<\/strong>, fins i tot tamb\u00e9 inspirant als seus companys.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>8) Confiabilitat<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els contact center s\u00f3n entorns de treball molt programats i el rendiment del centre dep\u00e8n de la seva responsabilitat i puntualitat. Nom\u00e9s unes quantes trucades no ateses o agents que arribin tard poden perjudicar les m\u00e8triques de rendiment i l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia del client. <strong>Els agents que habitualment no s\u00f3n confiables afecten al rendiment de tot l\u2019equip<\/strong>.
