Quins resultats esperen les empreses assolir en \u00faltima inst\u00e0ncia?<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019efic\u00e0cia dels bots dep\u00e8n en gran mesura de l\u2019entorn en el qual operen<\/strong>. Si l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 no cultiva el millor escenari possible per a la nova tecnologia, no podr\u00e0 aprofitar plenament el potencial de les solucions.<\/p>\n<p>Els elements relacionats amb les persones, el proc\u00e9s i l\u2019entorn general del call center tenen un gran impacte en la tecnologia bot. Per augmentar les possibilitats d\u2019un impacte positiu, CCW Digital ha establert <strong>6 factors a considerar en els xat bots pel servei al client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>1) Mapeig de viatges<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els bots s\u00f3n eines per <strong>millorar l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia <\/strong>oferta en punts de contacte que ja existeixen (o haurien d\u2019existir) en el viatge de l\u2019usuari. <strong>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 necessita un mapa detallat i en temps real de la traject\u00f2ria dels seus usuaris<\/strong>. Ha de saber on prefereixen gestionar certs problemes els usuaris. Usant aquesta informaci\u00f3, es pot determinar la millor manera d\u2019implementar bots.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019implementar els bots, l\u2019empresa ha de continuar monitorant i mapejant el viatge de l\u2019usuari. Com est\u00e0 canviant la utilitzaci\u00f3 del canal? Quins problemes tendeixen a donar m\u00e9s problemes als bots? Hi ha un canvi en els tipus d\u2019interaccions que es traslladen als agents en viu?<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2) Transformaci\u00f3 operativa<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de centrar-se en com els bots impacten en l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de l\u2019usuari, <strong>les organitzacions han de centrar la seva atenci\u00f3 en l\u2019impacte en el panorama operacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tots els bots (orientats a l\u2019usuari o comercials, basats en regles o conversacionals, proactius o reactius) tenen ramificacions pel contact center; simplement canvien la forma en qu\u00e8 l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 s\u2019involucra amb els usuaris.<\/p>\n<p>Des del punt de visa de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de l\u2019usuari, <strong>l\u2019empresa haur\u00e0 de tenir en compte els factors relacionats amb les <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/cloud-contact-center\/estadistiques-informes\/\"><strong>m\u00e8triques de rendiment<\/strong><\/a>, els processos d\u2019escalat i enrutament i la recopilaci\u00f3 de la veu dels usuaris.<\/p>\n<p>Suposant que els bots funcionin b\u00e9, algunes organitzacions hauran de considerar el canvi de rol dels agents en les consultes de suport.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) Bon coneixement<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els bots s\u00f3n tan bons com la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial que impulsa la seva operaci\u00f3. Cultivar el coneixement, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, representa un component clau de l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia bot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els bots basats en IA tenen una gran base sobre la qual obtenir coneixement<\/strong> (aprenen en funci\u00f3 de les seves interaccions reals), per\u00f2 l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 encara exerceix un paper important en l\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 i l\u2019expansi\u00f3 d\u2019aquest coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 determina els sistemes en els quals s\u2019integren els bots, els tipus d\u2019interaccions que gestionen i el rang de preguntes que fan (que, a la vegada, determina quina informaci\u00f3 recopila dels usuaris).<\/p>\n<p>El \u201crepte de les dades\u201d sempre ha estat una preocupaci\u00f3 del call center: on es pot obtenir la \u201cveu de l\u2019usuari\u201d, com podem convertir aquestes dades en intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia utilitzable i com podem comunicar aquesta intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia als agents? Les organitzacions comencen a fer-se aquestes preguntes, per\u00f2 amb respecte als bots en lloc de nom\u00e9s als agents en viu.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>5) Re-entrenament de l\u2019agent<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Si els bots tenen un paper en el comprom\u00eds de l\u2019usuari, es necessita un grau de re-entrenament de l\u2019agent. <strong>Creient que els bots gestionaran els assumptes m\u00e9s simples i transaccionals, algunes organitzacions creuen que els agents s\u2019enfocaran en els complexos i matisats<\/strong>.
