Per aix\u00f2, els call center s\u2019enfronten a un repte constant en la gesti\u00f3 de les expectatives dels usuaris.<\/p>\n<p>Hem de tenir present que el que espera <strong>cada usuari \u00e9s diferent<\/strong> i dep\u00e8n en gran mesura de les experi\u00e8ncies adquirides, o b\u00e9 amb la nostra empresa o amb altres organitzacions.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>7 consells per gestionar les expectatives dels usuaris <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, us oferim algunes de les expectatives dels usuaris i alguns consells per gestionar-les.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>1) Estalvi de temps<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00c9s clau que els usuaris tinguin un temps d\u2019espera m\u00ednim, i en el cas en qu\u00e8 aquest s\u2019allargui, \u00e9s convenient proporcionar-los una opci\u00f3 d\u2019autoservei on el cas d\u2019\u00fas sigui el m\u00e9s adient.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, <strong>reduir els temps d\u2019espera de trucades i facilitar una connexi\u00f3 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida amb els agents del contact center<\/strong> aprofitant l\u2019enrutament omnicanal mostrant la m\u00e0xima efici\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2) Resoluci\u00f3 del problema<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Proporcionar als agents eines eficients i efectives per a qu\u00e8 puguin obtenir totes les dades que necessiten per resoldre el problema de l\u2019usuari \u00e9s essencial.<\/p>\n<p>Potser algunes de les dades que necessiten estiguin en torn a qui \u00e9s l\u2019usuari, procedents dels <strong>sistemes de CRM<\/strong>, alguns podrien estar relacionats amb les comandes realitzades per l\u2019usuari, procedents d\u2019un sistema de gesti\u00f3 de comandes o sobre els preus, procedents dels sistemes de preus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facilitar als agents capacitats omnicanal dins d\u2019una interacci\u00f3, que els hi permetin dirigir a l\u2019usuari cap al canal que millor s\u2019adapti per resoldre el problema<\/strong>. Per exemple: si es tracta d\u2019un problema de m\u00f2dem, li conv\u00e9 m\u00e9s una videotrucada per resoldre-ho, en lloc d\u2019un xat.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) No m\u00e9s transfer\u00e8ncies de trucades<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Un dels aspectes que m\u00e9s molesten als usuaris \u00e9s que els hi transfereixin la trucada d\u2019un agent a un altre i haver de tornar a explicar el problema des del principi.
