Com impacta l\u2019automatitzaci\u00f3 en l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019outsourcing?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segons un informe de CCW Digital, una soluci\u00f3 d\u2019automatitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s responsable de produir resultats<\/strong>. El valor d\u2019aquesta dep\u00e8n de la seva capacitat per crear un contact center m\u00e9s eficient i centrat en l\u2019usuari.<\/p>\n<p>Com l\u2019efic\u00e0cia dep\u00e8n de l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia amb la qual que l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 selecciona, implementa i optimitza les seves eines, cap soluci\u00f3 d\u2019automatitzaci\u00f3 pot garantir un impacte important. Hi ha, no obstant, diversos casos que proporcionen una major probabilitat d\u2019\u00e8xit.
