Avui, m\u00e9s que mai, els empleats estan prioritzant l\u2019<strong>equilibri entre treball i vida personal<\/strong> com un aspecte prioritari a l\u2019avaluar a l\u2019empresa potencial que contracta. Els treballadors del contact center desitgen assegurar-se que qualsevol organitzaci\u00f3 a la qual s\u2019uneixen els hi permeti la llibertat que necessiten per gaudir d\u2019aquest equilibri.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, els empleats volen con\u00e8ixer l\u2019impacte que el seu temps i esfor\u00e7 tenen pels usuaris i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de sessions de feedback, informes i reconeixement. Es tracta d\u2019una tend\u00e8ncia que els call center haurien d\u2019adoptar, ja que l\u2019<strong>equip d\u2019administraci\u00f3 de la for\u00e7a laboral pot tenir un gran impacte en el reclutament i la retenci\u00f3 d\u2019empleats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hi ha quatre formes d\u2019usar les eines de gesti\u00f3 de la for\u00e7a laboral per ajudar a que el call center sigui m\u00e9s atractiu pels empleats potencials (i actuals):<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>1) Oferir torns de treball flexibles<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La majoria de les organitzacions adopten un enfoc descendent per a la generaci\u00f3 d\u2019horaris: primer analitzen la quantitat de persones que necessiten i creen torns de treball basats en aquests requisits. Aix\u00f2 sovint resulta en torns de treball est\u00e0tics i estandarditzats (\u00e9s a dir, de 8h a 17h de dilluns a divendres, de 10h a 7h de dimarts a dissabte, etc.). La ra\u00f3 d\u2019aquest tipus d\u2019estandarditzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que els responsables de contractaci\u00f3 dels contact center estan habituats a pensar en els horaris de treball en aquests termes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Permetre que els agents creuen els seus propis horaris a trav\u00e9s d\u2019eines com la \u201cProgramaci\u00f3 din\u00e0mica\u201d<\/strong> i altres solucions de programaci\u00f3 flexible, habilita als agents per a qu\u00e8 controlin millor el seu equilibri entre treball i vida personal.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2) Proposar oportunitats de teletreball<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Treballar des de casa \u00e9s una opci\u00f3 molt atractiva per a molts segments de la poblaci\u00f3 activa, inclosos estudiants, aut\u00f2noms i altres segments de la for\u00e7a laboral que no estan interessats en les situacions de feina tradicionals.<\/p>\n<p>Si una organitzaci\u00f3 encara no ha considerat <strong>obrir <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/centraleta-virtual\/terminals-i-mobilitat\/\"><strong>oportunitats de teletreball<\/strong><\/a><strong> pels agents <\/strong>ara \u00e9s un bon moment per comen\u00e7ar a avaluar-lo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) Afegir la gamificaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els estudis han demostrat que <strong>la implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019un component de gamificaci\u00f3 en els KPI \u00e9s una manera molt efectiva de motivar als empleats a alts nivells de rendiment<\/strong>. Quan s\u2019afegeix un aspecte de joc al programa de gesti\u00f3 del rendiment, els agents poden veure el valor que aporten a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, aix\u00f2 agrega un nivell de diversi\u00f3 a la seva vida laboral di\u00e0ria que realment pot portar el seu exercici al seg\u00fcent nivell.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>4) Iniciar un mercat de gesti\u00f3 de la for\u00e7a de treball<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Al combinar els tres aspectes anteriors, moltes organitzacions amb visi\u00f3 de futur han comen\u00e7at a experimentar amb un \u201cMercat de Gesti\u00f3 de la For\u00e7a Laboral\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019assignar un valor als KPI i permetre que els agents obtinguin \u201cpunts\u201d, poden bescanviar-los per aspectes com la <strong>flexibilitat en el torn de treball<\/strong>, les <strong>oportunitats de teletreball<\/strong> i altres beneficis relacionats amb l\u2019administraci\u00f3 de la for\u00e7a de treball. A m\u00e9s de beneficis tangibles, proporciona una motivaci\u00f3 real per a qu\u00e8 els empleats compleixin i superin els seus objectius.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La clau per reclutar i retenir personal de qualitat \u00e9s demostrat que es valora als empleats com individus per les seves contribucions a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Introduir canvis adaptats als call center moderns en l\u2019administraci\u00f3 de la for\u00e7a laboral pot tenir un gran impacte en la moral dels empleats, el que no nom\u00e9s condueix a una <strong>millor retenci\u00f3 del personal<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a <strong>millores significatives en el servei al client<\/strong>.
