El rendiment en aquestes \u00e0rees determinar\u00e0, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, si el call center t\u00e9 \u00e8xit.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Punts clau de rendiment en els contact center:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>1) Reduir l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de l\u2019usuari<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En aquest sentit, <strong>l\u2019\u00fas de l\u2019autoservei jugar\u00e0 un paper fonamental<\/strong>. Gaireb\u00e9 el 67% de les empreses identifica l\u2019\u00fas creixent de l\u2019autoservei com una prioritat, pel que \u00e9s l\u2019enfoc m\u00e9s popular pels call center d\u2019avui.<\/p>\n<p>Una plataforma d\u2019autoservei efectiva \u00e9s eficient per a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i convenient per a l\u2019usuari. Despr\u00e9s de tot, FCR pren bases de coneixement s\u00f2lides, interf\u00edcies potents, intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia d\u2019usuari accionable, processos centrats en l\u2019usuari i capacitaci\u00f3 productiva per garantir que els agents puguin resoldre amb \u00e8xit el seu problema o consulta durant la interacci\u00f3 inicial.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) Augmentar les capacitats digitals<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>FCR tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 adquirint una import\u00e0ncia renovada en l\u2019era del comprom\u00eds digital. Per tant, <strong>quan els agents i els usuaris parlin a trav\u00e9s del canal de veu, ser\u00e0 per una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de valor afegit<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>4) Reduir l\u2019esfor\u00e7 dels agents<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Entre les prioritats del 54% de les organitzacions, reduir l\u2019esfor\u00e7 dels agents i millorar la seva base de coneixements dels usuaris, s\u00f3n un dels objectius de rendiment.
