En l\u2019actualitat, tots els empleats que poden teletreballar ho fan degut al confinament decretat pel Govern com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la pand\u00e8mia per coronavirus que estem vivint al nostre pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d\u2019una mesura de prevenci\u00f3 per evitar contagis innecessaris que a <strong>masvoz <\/strong>estem seguint des del primer dia oferint el mateix servei de qualitat als nostres clients i protegint als nostres empleats.<\/p>\n<p>Qualsevol que sigui la ra\u00f3 pel teletreball, <strong>hi ha formes en qu\u00e8 pot assegurar-se la productivitat, la salut mental i la felicitat mentre es treballa des de casa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que teletreballar pot sonar com un luxe, comporta una s\u00e8rie de reptes. Qu\u00e8 passa si es tenen problemes de connectivitat amb companys de feina? Qu\u00e8 succeeix si es necessita quelcom de l\u2019oficina al que no es t\u00e9 acc\u00e9s? Qu\u00e8 passa si hi ha un bombardeig de distraccions a la llar? Com es pot fer front a aix\u00f2?<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a les noves tecnologies, avui en dia existeixen eines que permeten als empleats mantenir-se connectats amb els seus companys, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/enreach-meetings\/\"><strong>realitzar videoconfer\u00e8ncies<\/strong><\/a>, accedir als arxius i a la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria de l\u2019empresa i, tot aix\u00f2, sense cap risc de seguretat per a les organitzacions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fer la feina \u00e9s important per a les empreses, per\u00f2 mantenir-se saludable (mental i f\u00edsicament) \u00e9s igual de crucial pels treballadors remots<\/strong>. Si b\u00e9 treballar de forma remota vol dir que hi ha una major flexibilitat amb l\u2019horari de vida personal, <strong>\u00e9s millor complir amb un horari en qu\u00e8 es pugui ser productiu, fer la feina i despr\u00e9s tenir un temps de desconnexi\u00f3 i descans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2) Crear una rutina matutina<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els humans som animals de costums, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s degut en part a que la rutina ens ajuda a preparar-nos mental i f\u00edsicament per a les coses. Ja sigui prendre una tassa de caf\u00e8 tots els matins, fer alguns estiraments o portar a la mascota a passejar, <strong>crear una rutina matutina pot ajudar a preparar-nos pel dia de feina a casa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important pensar en altres controls. Per exemple, treballar en pijama pot funcionar per alguns, per\u00f2 pot no ser productiu per a d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) Programar descansos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De la mateixa manera que en qualsevol entorn de treball, <strong>donar-se un descans \u00e9s incre\u00efblement important per a qu\u00e8 el cervell i el cos es relaxin<\/strong>.
