I si ho fan, \u00e9s un objectiu assolible pels minoristes d\u2019avui? <strong>En l\u2019<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/telefonia-contact-centers\/\"><strong>atenci\u00f3 al client<\/strong><\/a><strong>, \u00e9s l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia, no el canal, el que compta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la seva forma m\u00e9s simple, <strong>el m\u00e0rqueting omnicanal \u00e9s la capacitat de crear un viatge continu del client a trav\u00e9s de tots els punts de contacte de la marca a l\u2019oferir m\u00e9s d\u2019una ruta per comprar en qualsevol moment<\/strong>. El concepte sembla simple, per\u00f2 molts pocs comer\u00e7os minoristes estan oferint aquesta experi\u00e8ncia fluida.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2019omniexperi\u00e8ncia?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En resum, posa a l\u2019empresa al servei dels seus clients. Per a la generaci\u00f3 de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia, hi ha tres consideracions cr\u00edtiques per oferir experi\u00e8ncies satisfact\u00f2ries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>El moment.<\/li>\n<li>El treball.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>El client vol comprar alguna cosa o vol rebre-la? <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Cada cop que pensem en un \u00e9sser hum\u00e0, un moment i un treball, tenim un nou conjunt d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies que es poden crear per satisfer una necessitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amb l\u2019omniexperi\u00e8ncia, les empreses creen un valor central i despr\u00e9s troben formes d\u2019oferir l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia a diferents persones, en diferents moments, per a diversos treballs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019omniexperi\u00e8ncia en la digitalitzaci\u00f3 de les organitzacions<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La digitalitzaci\u00f3 o transformaci\u00f3 digital en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de qualsevol organitzaci\u00f3, es refereix al proc\u00e9s continu pel que les empreses o administracions p\u00fabliques implementen canvis disruptius en la seva organitzaci\u00f3 per unificar de forma natural el component digital i el f\u00edsic.<strong> D\u2019aquesta forma, es milloren l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia del client, els resultats operatius i l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia de tots els departaments de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Identificat les accions requerides per a qu\u00e8 la informaci\u00f3 sigui un habilitador en la transformaci\u00f3 digital, amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar la presa de decisions i optimitzar les operacions, monetitzant-les en forma de productes i serveis.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, a mesura que les organitzacions busquen diferenciar-se de la multitud de competidors, una de les \u00e0rees en les quals s\u2019enfoca \u00e9s en l\u2019<strong>experi\u00e8ncia del client<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 oferir una excel\u00b7lent experi\u00e8ncia al client no \u00e9s una tasca senzilla, les tecnologies associades no paren d\u2019evolucionar, i cada cop tenen m\u00e9s pes.
