Des de mitjans de mar\u00e7, molts call centers d\u2019empreses han enviat als seus empleats a treballar des de casa o han treballat amb personal limitat a l\u2019oficina.<\/p>\n<p>A mesura que el Govern comen\u00e7a a reduir les restriccions, moltes organitzacions es pregunten quines mesures prendre per a qu\u00e8 els agents tornin a treballar de manera segura, especialment en les instal\u00b7lacions del contact center. Encara passar\u00e0 un temps abans que s\u2019elimini el distanciament social i \u00e9s important tenir en compte les directrius locals i de les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries quan es treballi en una estrat\u00e8gia de reobertura.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s probable que a mesura que els call center comencin a reobrir, les empreses hagin d\u2019operar amb personal limitat degut a les pautes de seguretat. Una estrat\u00e8gia a seguir pot ser guardar el seu lloc a la cua i tornar la trucada per a qu\u00e8 no hagin d\u2019esperar.
