Per aix\u00f2, moltes empreses protegeixen l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia dels clients mitjan\u00e7ant el disseny d\u2019equips d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client per nivells i especialitzats per a qu\u00e8 les sol\u00b7licituds m\u00e9s complexes puguin resoldre\u2019s r\u00e0pidament.<\/p>\n<p>Per descobrir com han canviat les expectatives del client durant la COVID-19, una consultora especialitzada ha realitzat una enquesta a 300 gerents de call centers de diverses ind\u00fastries als Estats Units i el Regne Unit.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>5 formes en qu\u00e8 la COVID-19 ha canviat les expectatives del client<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>1) El 63% dels gerents dels EUA creuen que els clients esperen que els contact center ofereixen <strong>m\u00faltiples canals de comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong>, i el 53% d\u2019ells destaquen les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/enreach-meetings\/\">videoconfer\u00e8ncies<\/a><\/strong>.<\/h5>\n<p>Abans de la pand\u00e8mia, moltes companyies ja oferien m\u00faltiples canals de comunicaci\u00f3 (tel\u00e8fon, correu electr\u00f2nic, xat en viu, etc.) als usuaris que necessitaven assist\u00e8ncia. Llavors van comen\u00e7ar a buscar <strong>la forma m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida i eficient de resoldre els problemes dels clients<\/strong>, i aquesta soluci\u00f3 sovint era un canal de comunicaci\u00f3 de servei al client nou per a ells, com el xat en viu o la videoconfer\u00e8ncia. Reactiva i reabasteix la profunda empatia innata cap a tots nosaltres. Com a resultat, tamb\u00e9 <strong>augmenta la quantitat d\u2019empatia que esperem d\u2019aquells a qui els demanem que ens ajudin d\u2019alguna manera, com els agents del servei al client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la pand\u00e8mia, segons l\u2019enquesta, s\u2019ha detectat que tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha produ\u00eft un augment de l\u2019empatia dels clients cap als agents de servei al client. Els usuaris estan demostrant ser m\u00e9s pacients i comprensius davant els retards.<\/p>\n<h5>3) El 57% dels gerents dels Estats Units creuen que els clients tenen una major necessitat de \u201csentir-se escoltats\u201d pels agents.<\/h5>\n<p>Encara que els clients sempre han tingut grans expectatives a l\u2019hora de ser escoltats de forma activa, la combinaci\u00f3 estranya i mai abans vista de factors amb els quals s\u2019ha lidiat en els \u00faltims 3 o 4 mesos (fer front a una pand\u00e8mia, treballar des de casa, educar als fills a casa, etc.) ha creat un ambient carregat d\u2019emocions, on els usuaris, esgotats i amb poc temps, no poden comunicar les seves necessitats repetidament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volen un agent de servei al client que \u201cels entengui\u201d<\/strong>, alg\u00fa que pugui <strong>comprendre r\u00e0pidament el problema i arribar a una resoluci\u00f3 que el client trobi satisfact\u00f2ria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5>4) El 54% dels gerents nord-americans creuen que els clients esperen que els agents els ajudin amb consultes i preguntes m\u00e9s complexes.<\/h5>\n<p>Les organitzacions han ajudat a crear aquesta expectativa a l\u2019obligar als clients a comunicar-se a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un sol canal de suport, com el tel\u00e8fon o el correu electr\u00f2nic, durant la pand\u00e8mia.
