Degut a que s\u2019ocupa de les opinions de les persones, el CX \u00e9s una combinaci\u00f3 de fets i emocions.<\/p>\n<p>Donat que<strong> gaireb\u00e9 el 90% dels usuaris estan disposats a comprar m\u00e9s despr\u00e9s d\u2019una experi\u00e8ncia de servei al client excepcional <\/strong>i<strong> el 80% canviarien d\u2019empresa degut a un servei al client deficient, el CX s\u2019ha convertit en el nou camp de batalla competitiu<\/strong>. De fet, Gartner va descobrir que dos ter\u00e7os de les empreses competeixen principalment en funci\u00f3 de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia del client.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Quin \u00e9s el paper del call center a l\u2019hora de proporcionar experi\u00e8ncies satisfact\u00f2ries al client?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Si b\u00e9 el contact center no \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanic responsable del CX, certament exerceix un paper fonamental. Tanmateix, <strong>degut a que els call center interactuen amb els clients quan necessiten ajuda, la naturalesa d\u2019aquestes interaccions \u00e9s m\u00e9s sensible i pot tenir un major impacte en l\u2019opini\u00f3 del client sobre l\u2019empresa<\/strong>. A continuaci\u00f3, definim <strong>quines \u00e0rees afecten al CX i qu\u00e8 esperen els clients d\u2019un contact center<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h5><strong>1) Resoldre els problemes per si mateixos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La majoria dels clients prefereix resoldre els seus propis problemes i molts d\u2019ells ja han utilitzat un motor de cerca o han visitat el lloc web abans d\u2019accedir al servei d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client. <strong>Segons un article d\u2019HBR, el 81% dels usuaris intenten resoldre les coses per si mateixos abans de posar-se en contacte amb el servei d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, <strong>el 84% dels consumidors estan mes disposats a fer negocis amb empreses que ofereixen opcions d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.masvoz.cat\/productes\/cloud-contact-center\/webchat\/\">autoservei<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2) Poder moure\u2019s entre canals sense problemes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Els usuaris d\u2019avui poden escollir entre una multitud de canals quan necessiten comunicar-se amb una empresa i, sovint, utilitzen m\u00e9s d\u2019un durant el mateix proc\u00e9s de resoluci\u00f3 de problemes<\/strong>. Quan ho fan, esperen moure\u2019s d\u2019un canal a un altre sense dificultats.<\/p>\n<p>Per a moltes persones, \u201csense dificultats\u201d vol dir no haver de repetir els detalls del seu problema. De fet, <strong>el 96% dels usuaris espera que les empreses facilitin el canvi de canals sense la necessitat de repetir la informaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) Tenir altes resolucions de primer contacte (FCR, en les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Un estudi de Microsoft va revelar que <strong>el 33% dels consumidors qualifica la resoluci\u00f3 en el primer contacte com l\u2019aspecte m\u00e9s important d\u2019una bona experi\u00e8ncia de servei al client<\/strong>. Quan els usuaris tenen un problema, no volen que es prolongui ni requereixi de m\u00faltiples interaccions amb el call center.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>4) Realitzar poc esfor\u00e7<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Al determinar com millorar l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de client, s\u2019ha d\u2019observar quant treball ha de fer un client per resoldre un problema o respondre una pregunta<\/strong>. Les millores de CX haurien de facilitar la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>5) Disposar d\u2019interaccions personalitzades<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>La personalitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s fonamental per brindar experi\u00e8ncies excepcionals als consumidors<\/strong>. El primer pas \u00e9s recon\u00e8ixer als clientes en tots els canals, el que espera el 63% d\u2019ells. A continuaci\u00f3, adaptar l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de cada client d\u2019acord amb factors com l\u2019historial de compres, les interaccions anteriors amb el servei al client, les prefer\u00e8ncies de comunicaci\u00f3 i el sentiment, entre d\u2019altres.
