En aquest sentit, els l\u00edders dels call center hauran de guiar a la resta per a qu\u00e8 surtin de les seves zones de confort, repensant constantment el que vol dir la flexibilitat pels agents.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) Flexibilitzant encara m\u00e9s els horaris dels agents<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Si es pregunta als agents quin \u00e9s el seu horari favorit, les respostes varien \u00e0mpliament segons l\u2019estil de vida, la din\u00e0mica familiar i altres factors personals.
