I aquests factors estressants estan afectant al personal dels contact center.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Com afecta l\u2019estr\u00e8s als agents?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Segons un estudi de ContactBabel, actualment els nivells d\u2019estr\u00e8s entre els agents estan augmentant considerablement: <strong>el 96% afirma sentir-se estressat almenys un cop a la setmana, mentre que el 33% d\u2019ells el pateixen diversos cops a la setmana, front al 25% el 2017<\/strong>. No \u00e9s d\u2019estranyar, donat que estan lidiant amb 14,4 <strong>interaccions omnicanal<\/strong> addicionals per dia.
