Per aix\u00f2, <strong>quan es tracta de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia del client (CX), les empreses poden utilitzar els coneixements generats per la IA per descobrir no nom\u00e9s on hi ha problemes, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 quin \u00e9s el seu origen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si b\u00e9 la Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial s\u2019ha generalitzat a totes les funcions comercials<\/strong> (segons un estudi de PwC, el 86% dels l\u00edders empresarials van afirmar el 2021 que la IA s\u2019estava convertint en una \u201ctecnologia convencional\u201d a la seva empresa), <strong>\u00e9s particularment prometedora per a la gesti\u00f3 de queixes<\/strong>. La IA permet cada cop m\u00e9s a les organitzacions obtenir una visi\u00f3 hol\u00edstica de les queixes, el que els hi permet complir amb els reguladors externs i comprendre l\u2019impacte de les queixes a la seva empresa.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Les organitzacions, amb l\u2019ajuda de la Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial, han de ser capaces de:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>1) Identificar, classificar i informar de manera consistent i precisa sobre el risc de queixes per a cada interacci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La IA est\u00e0 permetent a les organitzacions eliminar la captura de queixes manual i subjectiva. <strong>La gesti\u00f3 automatitzada de queixes amb tecnologia d\u2019Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial permet identificar-les i classificar-les autom\u00e0ticament al 100% del volum a tots els canals<\/strong>. Es pot classificar el motiu de la queixa, les escalades i el sentiment per determinar el risc. Aquesta informaci\u00f3 permet a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 monitorejar les tend\u00e8ncies per volum, tipus i ubicaci\u00f3, mentre que els taulers i informes avan\u00e7ats faciliten la documentaci\u00f3 pels reguladors dels processos de gesti\u00f3 de queixes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2) Automatitzar els fluxos de treball per tipus de queixa i seguiment de la resoluci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La IA permet identificar autom\u00e0ticament i actuar sobre els buits en la gesti\u00f3 de queixes, ja sigui que no s\u2019hagin registrat correctament o que hagin de prioritzar-se, per poder abordar d\u2019immediat les queixes sensibles o d\u2019alt risc. Per aix\u00f2, es poden <strong>automatitzar fluxos de treball flexibles, inclosa la capacitat d\u2019assignar revisions autom\u00e0ticament, el que l\u2019ajuda a rastrejar i informar de manera m\u00e9s efectiva i eficient sobre com es resolen les queixes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3) Reduir les queixes futures al detectar la causa, prioritzar les accions de mitigaci\u00f3 i realitzar un seguiment del progr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>La IA ajuda a comprendre els motius de les queixes que tenen un impacte negatiu al negoci i, en el proc\u00e9s, convertir-les en una oportunitat per enfortir el CX<\/strong>.
