Per aquest motiu, moltes empreses utilitzen canals com <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/masvoz.cat\/productes\/cloud-contact-center\/whatsapp\/\">WhatsApp<\/a><\/strong> per donar pas a la persona que tractar\u00e0 el cas en profunditat.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>4) Involucrar als agents en el projecte i formar-los<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Per trobar noves formes d\u2019estar en contacte amb els clients, sempre ser\u00e0 millor comptar amb l\u2019opini\u00f3 dels empleats i involucrar-los en el projecte des d\u2019un primer moment, ja que ells tenen informaci\u00f3 molt valuosa del dia a dia i poden ajudar al contact center a millorar els seus productes i serveis. En aquest sentit, tamb\u00e9 <strong>\u00e9s primordial donar-los una bona formaci\u00f3 per a qu\u00e8 el contacte amb el clients sigui excel\u00b7lent des del primer dia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>5) Avaluar els criteris d\u2019\u00e8xit pensant en el client<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pel general, els contact center compten amb m\u00e8triques que mesuren el nombre de trucades ateses per hora o el temps mig de tracte amb els clients fins que es resolgui el problema. Tanmateix, <strong>\u00e9s necessari implementar m\u00e8triques que avalu\u00efn el factor hum\u00e0 i la satisfacci\u00f3 del client, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de par\u00e0metres num\u00e8rics<\/strong>.
