No obstant, cal destacar que els gestors dels contact center han d\u2019estar igualment molt pendents del customer journey des del primer moment i realitzar un seguiment en tot moment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3) Oferir diferents vies de comunicaci\u00f3 per satisfer a tot tipus de client<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>omnicanalitat<\/strong> ha guanyat pes amb el pas del temps donat que <strong>ofereix al client la possibilitat de posar-se en contacte amb l\u2019empresa a trav\u00e9s de diferents canals de comunicaci\u00f3 com <a href=\"https:\/\/enreach.es\/software-call-contact-center\/cloud-omnichannel\/webchat\/\">xat<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/enreach.es\/software-call-contact-center\/cloud-omnichannel\/telefonia\/\">trucada telef\u00f2nica<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/enreach.es\/software-call-contact-center\/cloud-omnichannel\/sms\/\">SMS<\/a><\/strong>.
