Les empreses van haver de reavaluar com es veu el lloc de feina fora de l\u2019oficina i encara estan aprenent qu\u00e8 funciona millor per a cadascuna d\u2019elles i quin model s\u2019adapta millor a les seves necessitats.<\/p>\n<p>Per con\u00e8ixer l\u2019opini\u00f3 dels empleats, <strong>Owl Labs es va associar amb Vitreous World per enquestar a 10.000 treballadors de tot Europa<\/strong>. L\u2019objectiu de l\u2019estudi va ser aprofundir en com es senten els empleats europeus sobre el model h\u00edbrid i remot, els seus nous comportaments i expectatives al lloc de treball, i com les organitzacions s\u2019estan adaptant a aquestes noves demandes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5 punts clau de l\u2019estat del treball h\u00edbrid el 2022 a Europa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>1) Un ter\u00e7 (31%) dels empleats europeus ha canviat de feina en els \u00faltims dos anys<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dels treballadors que no van canviar de feina a l\u2019inici de la pand\u00e8mia, el 21% est\u00e0 buscant activament una nova oportunitat el 2022. L\u2019antiguitat laboral mitjana de la UE \u00e9s de 9,8 anys, i els grans canvis a la cultura del lloc de treball poden escur\u00e7ar-la. Per aix\u00f2, <strong>les empreses que vulguin fidelitzar als seus empleats, han d\u2019adaptar-se a les seves necessitats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2) Al 76% dels empleats europeus els preocupa que la seva empresa prengui mesures al lloc de treball amb les quals no estiguin d\u2019acord<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Quan es tracta de treball h\u00edbrid, el canvi \u00e9s m\u00e9s pronunciat que mai. Els treballadors busquen prioritzar la seva salut, el seu entorn familiar i la seva felicitat, i els preocupa que la seva empresa prengui decisions quant al model de treball implantat que interfereixin amb aquestes prioritats. Durant els \u00faltims 2 anys, <strong>empleats de tot el m\u00f3n s\u2019han adaptat a un estil de vida en qu\u00e8 poden treballar des de qualsevol lloc i esperen flexibilitat quan es tracta d\u2019on i, cada cop m\u00e9s, quan treballen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, <strong>els treballadors volen que els gerents de les empreses escoltin, es preocupin i s\u2018adaptin a les seves noves necessitats i expectatives al lloc de treball<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed, <strong>pel 52% dels empleats que ha canviat de feina o est\u00e0 buscant fer-ho activament, el treball flexible al lloc o l\u2019horari \u00e9s la seva principal prioritat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e8mia va for\u00e7ar un experiment de treball remot que va afectar als treballadors de tot el m\u00f3n i ens va mostrar algunes coses.
