Per qu\u00e8 el servei al client no \u00e9s m\u00e9s proactiu?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una CX excepcional est\u00e0 impulsada per una comprensi\u00f3 genu\u00efna dels clients, \u00e9s a dir, per saber on estan, qu\u00e8 volen i com ho volen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com s\u2019aconsegueix oferir una experi\u00e8ncia al client excepcional?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>1) Prioritzant al \u201cclient a tot arreu\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe Everything Customer\u201d \u00e9s un terme encunyat per Gartner per il\u00b7lustrar als clients moderns que desitgen maximitzar la seva tecnologia i les marques a les quals accedeix a trav\u00e9s d\u2019ella, tot d\u2019un sol cop. Aix\u00ed, <strong>els consumidors gaireb\u00e9 sempre comencen el seu service journey fora de l\u2019abast d\u2019una empresa, fent una cerca online o visitant les seves xarxes socials, segons LocaliQ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2) Sabent el que mesuren els KPI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Per qu\u00e8 els KPI s\u00f3n com mesuraments est\u00e0ndards de CX del temps mig de gesti\u00f3 (AHT) quan estan orientats cap al rendiment i els costos? Aquests aspectes importen, per\u00f2, a qui? Una CX excepcional s\u2019enfoca en el que m\u00e9s li importa al client. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important definir els KPI que realment \u00e9s convenient mesurar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els millors indicadors de l\u2019\u00e8xit de CX s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils de mesurar per a les empreses, com l\u2019empatia, la comprensi\u00f3 i el to de veu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3) Els IVR i els xat bots s\u00f3n novetats en un m\u00f3n d\u2019autoservei<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La millor manera d\u2019avaluar l\u2019autoservei d\u2019una organitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s utilitzar-lo com un client hipot\u00e8tic. Suposem que un usuari inicia una conversa emprant un xat proactiu, \u00e9s a dir, una finestra de xat emergent que apareix en un lloc web amb un missatge com \u201cEn qu\u00e8 podem ajudar-te?\u201d i s\u2019inicia una conversa tipus:<\/p>\n<p><em>Client: \u201cVull saber m\u00e9s sobre un producte\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Empresa: \u201cHola! Estem molt contents que hagis contactat amb la nostra empresa. El m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que estiguis buscant quelcom en particular. Ja sigui suport t\u00e8cnic, informaci\u00f3 sobre productes o serveis, tenim el que necessites. En qu\u00e8 podem ajudar-te avui?\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Les senyals d\u2019alerta s\u00f3n clares: manca de context i una resposta que obliga al client a repetir-se. <strong>Aqu\u00ed es poden fer petits canvis per tenir un gran impacte, com limitar la longitud de les respostes del xat bot a una o dues frases i prioritzar el valor del client a l\u2019escriure una c\u00f2pia per a la seva interf\u00edcie de xat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com crear un autoservei m\u00e9s intel\u00b7ligent i intu\u00eftiu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Preguntant-se: qu\u00e8 estan tractant de resoldre els clients per si mateixos i no poden? Aix\u00f2 ajudar\u00e0 a comprendre la intenci\u00f3 de l\u2019usuari.<\/li>\n<li>Sent completament transparent sobre las limitacions o problemes de l\u2019autoservei.<\/li>\n<li>Llan\u00e7ant f\u00e0cilment un <a href=\"https:\/\/enreach.es\/software-call-contact-center\/cloud-omnichannel\/inteligencia-artificial\/\"><strong>bot intel\u00b7ligent<\/strong><\/a> capacitat per comprendre les diferents intencions dels clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4) Reconsiderant tota l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia dels agents (AX)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de buscar respostes pel seu compte, interactuar amb un bot i esperar per parlar amb un hum\u00e0, l\u2019\u00faltim que vol un client \u00e9s parlar amb un agent que est\u00e0 ocupat en temes administratius i no coneix el seu historial. <strong>Ens podem trobar amb tres problemes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>a) Els agents no compten amb la tecnologia adequada per ajudar als clients de manera efectiva<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Existeixen solucions que ajuden als agents a treballar de manera m\u00e9s intel\u00b7ligent i r\u00e0pida, des d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 en temps real (informaci\u00f3 que apareix autom\u00e0ticament en pantalla per informar sobre el proper pas, etc.) fins a l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/enreach.es\/software-call-contact-center\/cloud-omnichannel\/agente\/\"><strong>atenci\u00f3 omnicanal<\/strong><\/a> que <strong>permet als clients connectar amb els agents a trav\u00e9s del seu canal favorit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Moltes d\u2019aquestes solucions s\u00f3n simples i s\u2019enfoquen en alguns dels problemes de CX m\u00e9s importants de l\u2019actualitat, com els clients que han de repetir una i altra vegada la seva consulta i els agents que senten que tenen dificultats per resoldre els problemes dels usuaris.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>b) Els agents estan enterrats sota sitges organitzacionals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Diferents unitats de negoci resolen diverses parts del problema d\u2019un client, i totes juguen un paper crucial al customer journey<\/strong>. Aquestes unitats sovint usen diferents eines que eviten que la comunicaci\u00f3 i el coneixement de les dades flueixin lliurement a tota l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2, <strong>els departaments han de treballar junts per resoldre el que els clients veuen com un sol problema<\/strong>.
