Aquesta llei t\u00e9 com a objectiu millorar els drets dels consumidors i obligar a les organitzacions a disposar d\u2019un sistema efica\u00e7 per facilitar informaci\u00f3, atendre i resoldre les queixes i reclamacions \u00e0gilment.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Llei d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 al Client<\/strong> afecta a les empreses dels sectors de servei de subministres d\u2019aigua, gas i electricitat, serveis de transport de viatgers, serveis postals, mitjans audiovisuals d\u2019acc\u00e9s condicional i serveis de comunicacions electr\u00f2niques. I <strong>no nom\u00e9s planteja beneficis pels consumidors, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 oportunitats de creixement per les organitzacions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>11 claus de la nova Llei d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 al Client <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1) Entre les principals novetats est\u00e0 el <strong>l\u00edmit de temps d\u2019espera per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica<\/strong>. Per rebre informaci\u00f3, plantejar una reclamaci\u00f3 o accedir a un servei postvenda, <strong>l\u2019usuari no podr\u00e0 esperar m\u00e9s de\u00a03 minuts\u00a0al tel\u00e8fon<\/strong>. El mateix l\u00edmit d\u2019espera s\u2019est\u00e9n a qui necessiti solucionar algun problema amb els seus serveis de subministres, com l\u2019aigua, la llum i el gas.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enreach.es\/software-call-contact-center\/cloud-omnichannel\/smart-routing\/\">Smart Routing<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ajudar\u00e0 a les empreses a connectar als usuaris amb l\u2019agent m\u00e9s adequat; prioritzar les cues per poder atendre\u2019ls en el temps obligatori; obtenir estad\u00edstiques i el detall de cada trucada per conservar la gravaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>2) Les\u00a0<strong>empreses de subministres<\/strong>\u00a0estaran <strong>obligades a aportar informaci\u00f3 clau al consumidor sempre que existeixi una incid\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 afectar\u00e0 a diferents serveis, com les telecomunicacions, la llum, l\u2019aigua el gas.<\/p>\n<p>4) Respecte a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 personalitzada, <strong>el client o usuari sempre podr\u00e0 exigir rebre atenci\u00f3 de qualitat, per una persona amb formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica en la mat\u00e8ria<\/strong>. Si el sistema d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client comen\u00e7a amb un missatge robotitzat, el consumidor podr\u00e0 sol\u00b7licitar parlar amb un superior, amb la finalitat d\u2019afavorir l\u2019<strong>atenci\u00f3 personalitzada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>5) Totes les <strong>empreses que ofereixin\u00a0serveis d\u2019inter\u00e8s general\u00a0i\/o b\u00e0sics<\/strong> estaran obligades a proporcionar un <strong>canal d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client gratu\u00eft durant les 24 hores del dia, tots els dies de l\u2019any<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>6) Les trucades al servei d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al client mai podran ser derivades a tel\u00e8fons que comportin un cost per l\u2019usuari. <strong>El servei ha de ser<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>completament gratu\u00eft<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>7) Els <strong>consumidors amb\u00a0problemes auditius<\/strong>\u00a0han de rebre <strong>atenci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un canal apte<\/strong>, com un servei de missatgeria o una opci\u00f3 de videotrucada amb int\u00e8rpret de la llengua de signes.<\/p>\n<p>8) L\u2019<strong>estalvi energ\u00e8tic<\/strong>\u00a0tamb\u00e9 forma part de la nova Llei d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 al Client. Les empreses del sector estaran obligades a informar sobre les possibles mesures d\u2019estalvi energ\u00e8tic, a m\u00e9s de les opcions per contractar energia de\u00a0<strong>fonts renovables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>9) Els <strong>bancs i<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>serveis financers<\/strong>\u00a0hauran de millorar la seva atenci\u00f3 a la clientela. Estaran obligats a <strong>oferir\u00a0canals presencials, telef\u00f2nics o telem\u00e0tics per a qu\u00e8 els seus usuaris puguin contactar amb ells<\/strong>. La idea \u00e9s evitar l\u2019exclusi\u00f3 en persones amb un d\u00e8ficit d\u2019<strong>habilitats digitals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>10) <strong>Les reclamacions presentades pels consumidors hauran de resoldre\u2019s en un termini m\u00e0xim de 15 dies <\/strong>i no en els 30 dies actuals.<\/p>\n<p>11) Qualsevol empresa estar\u00e0 obligada a comptar amb un sistema propi d\u2019<strong>avaluaci\u00f3 i haur\u00e0 de superar auditories externes de forma anual<\/strong>.
