D\u2019aquesta manera, s\u2019integraran en la cultura de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i treballaran per la consecuci\u00f3 dels objectius.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4) DEIXAR QUE L&#8217;EQUIP <span style=\"color: #ac96ff;\">EXPERIMENTI<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta \u00e9s una altra forma de dir que les persones estan capacitades per provar i fer coses noves i \u00e9s especialment certa en el m\u00f3n de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client.
