HOW?
This exciting role opens the opportunity to learn while working with an experienced team and embark on the path toward a successful career in the Telecommunications area.
Currently we operate as an MVNO in Germany and the Netherlands but expanding to additional international markets. As a member of the Operations team, you will take care of our mobile core infrastructure. You will be based in Malaga but working closely with the teams in Germany and the Netherlands.
Examples of tasks and projects you may be involved in: setting up servers, maintaining German and Dutch mobile core networks (GSM, 3G, LTE, VoLTE), and development projects in close collaboration with our Voice Development team.
Other tasks may include:
- You´ll monitor, operate, and troubleshoot Wireless Core networks.
- Understanding 3GPP mobile network protocols and interworking.
- You´ll trace mobile core components (GGSN, SGSN, SMSC, HLR, STPs) e.g. via Wireshark.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT OF YOU?
- An engineer with finished studies in Telecommunications Engineering, Telematics, or similar.
- Related experience is necessary (+1 year).
- An innovative mindset and good communication skills.
- A good level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
