This time, the sector&#8217;s press echoed the latest novelties of the integrated telecommunications operator by virtue of its commitment to innovation in the services it offers its customers and its presence at high-profile events.<\/p>\n<p>Contact Center, the leading magazine in the call center sector, reports that <strong>masvoz is one of the 48 companies selected by the Ministry of Enterprise and Labour of the Government of Catalonia to participate at the Mobile World Congress (MWC)<\/strong>, due to be held at the end of February. Contact Center published the news in its online and printed versions.<\/p>\n<p>The news had already been announced in an article in the Expansi\u00f3n daily and in the callcenternoticias.com magazine. Contact Center also publicised the <strong>company&#8217;s successful development of an integrated solution to manage incoming calls for the Vueling company<\/strong>. The company uses masvoz&#8217;s <strong>Virtual Contact Center<\/strong> for incoming calls, and recording and listening to calls in real time and automatic speech recognition (ASR) so that its clients can access flight information directly without waiting times.
