This percentage is clearly higher\u00a0to others –\u00a0 Market Reports Hub<\/a>‘s report, for example, predicts\u00a0a 10.5 % growth -. Other studies speculate with even more spectacular amounts. The report tittled\u00a0“Unified Communication as a service (UCaaS) Market”, by Markets and Markets, predicts\u00a0a turnover\u00a0of 23.34 billion for 2019. To correctly interpret this provision, we must have\u00a0in mind that Markets & Markets takes as starting point global revenues for the market\u00a0valued in\u00a013.1 billion -twice MRRSE’s figures-.<\/p>\n

Europe’s figures\u00a0confirm that the rise of UCaaS is a global phenomenon. This was stated at a study by IDC<\/a>, published at the end of 2014, wich focused on Western Europe.
