Globally, 83 % of customers are satisfied or completely satisfied with Masvoz. The trend of this indicator is positive, since in recent months 25 % of customers have improved their level of satisfaction. &nbsp; The attributes most valued customers Masvoz are: &nbsp; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The wide range of services (92% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied)<\/li>\n<li>Ease of use of services (86% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied)<\/li>\n<li>The functionality of services (85% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> If we compare to other competitors: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>87% of customers are better served with Masvoz with other companies<\/li>\n<li>87 % think that we are more dynamic and innovative<\/li>\n<li>80 % indicates that we have better products<\/li>\n<li>76 % feel more confident with other suppliers Masvoz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Finally, when asked whether they would recommend Masvoz others, 87 % said that it would. <\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5> Conclusions<\/h5>\n<p> First, we want to thank customers who participated in the survey. Your opinion is very important to us. &nbsp; Regarding the results of the study, the overall positive assessment we get encourages us to continue working to improve the quality of products and service we provide to customers.
