The purpose of the functionality is to add a tool that <strong>improves the analysis of incoming calls<\/strong>. It has put into production a new version of the <a href=\"\/\/www.masvoz.es\/products\/control-panel\">control panel<\/a> incorporating a new functionality in the <a href=\"\/\/www.masvoz.es\/products\/control-panel-detail-module\">call detail module<\/a>. Thus, when a query about incoming or outgoing calls in the detail module is done, the user can choose between two modes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mode 1: See calls between two dates. <\/strong> This query returns all calls made from the date and start time and end date and time reported in the filter. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start date: 09\/26\/2016<\/li>\n<li>Start time: 8am<\/li>\n<li>End date: 09\/28\/2016<\/li>\n<li>End time: 10am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The result of the query will be all incoming calls received from the 26<sup>th<\/sup> at 8am until the 28<sup>th<\/sup> at 10am.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mode 2: See calls in a specific time slot. <\/strong> This query returns all calls made in a particular time slot. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start date: 09\/26\/2016<\/li>\n<li>Start time: 8am<\/li>\n<li>End date: 09\/28\/2016<\/li>\n<li>End time: 10am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The result of the query will be all incoming calls received between 8am and 10am, of the 26<sup>th<\/sup>, the 27<sup>th<\/sup> and the 28<sup>th<\/sup>. To use the second mode, one only has to activate the check box of &#8220;time slot&#8221; call detail module. <br \/>\n<a href=\"\/\/www.masvoz.es\/acerca-de\/empresa\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/\/www.masvoz.es\/acerca-de\/empresa\">Masvoz<\/a>, a telecommunications operator specializing in <strong>cloud telephony services for companies<\/strong>, marketed on a<strong> SaaS<\/strong> (Software as a Service) and <strong>pay-per-use model<\/strong>, responds to requests from its customers adding permanently intelligence and functionality to their cloud telephony solution and their control panel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This module of the control panel allows viewing of details of the contacts maintained between two specific dates (call line, destination to which the call has been transferred, origin number, date, time, duration\u0085).
