At a time when the integration of new digital technologies is transforming the workforce, corporate culture must also be expanded to include new digital practices in the workplace.<\/p>\n

The goal is none other than the achievement of a digital and productive culture<\/strong>, for which issues such as culture<\/strong>, commitment<\/strong> and retention of employees <\/strong>have become top issues for business leaders. In fact, a recent report<\/a> by the Deloitte analysis firm under the title “Digital Workplace and Culture” shows that 87% of organizations cite culture and commitment as one of their main challenges<\/strong>, while 50% % Rate this aspect as “very important”.<\/p>\n

It is therefore the responsibility of companies to implement measures to create a workplace (local or online) based on support, collaboration<\/a>, in which people can help their organization to grow to the next level. But what are the keys to achieving that digital workplace<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

First of all, build a digital culture<\/a><\/strong>, that is to say, a strong work culture supported by the implementation of digital technologies<\/a><\/strong> that makes it easier for companies to attract and hire the best talent, maximize the retention rate of employees<\/strong> or provide a more efficient customer service<\/a><\/strong>, among other advantages.<\/p>\n

However, in order to embrace this digital culture, it is essential to understand the needs of knowledge management and of the staff themselves in order to undertake strategic planning based on informed decision-making.<\/p>\n

“Without a culture that supports the new reality of the digital workplace, organizations are facing loss of productivity, frustration at all levels of workers, and retention problems.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The second key is to treat employees as clients<\/strong>, in the sense of fostering a supportive digital culture that allows employees to feel integrated, connected, team members, even if they are scattered all over the world. For that, it is essential to use digital collaboration tools<\/a><\/strong> throughout the company. At the same time, it is necessary to implement policies that take care of employees and prevent them from being wasted: health, retirement, holiday, disconnection policies…<\/p>\n

And, thirdly, what is perhaps the most obvious key, to be open to innovation<\/strong>. In order to survive in the future, organizations need to adopt a digital culture that gives them the advantages already mentioned, but to do so, they must show flexibility in adopting digital platforms and strategies<\/strong>, while “providing a more open work environment with greater transparency of the information and confidence in the experience “.<\/p>\n
