DIALER
The Power Dialer calls the lead list one at a time, taking into account the agent’s status. As soon as the agent is available after a call, the information of the next lead is displayed.
PREDICTIVE
DIALER
The Predictive Dialer is based on the contact centre’s call history. Based on the number of unanswered calls, it initiates one or more calls per agent to reduce the time between an agent’s calls.

TO DIAL
Both the Power Dialer and the Predictive Dialer have a feature called Click to Dial. This option allows agents to view lead data and decide whether to initiate the dial or end the campaign.

This dialer is ideal for training new agents. Each agent has their own list of leads to call and can choose which prospect to contact first.
CREATE YOUR OWN CAMPAIGN TEMPLATES
Before you create a campaign, you’ll need to create a template. In the Campaign Templates tab, you can specify which personal data you want to store from the customers: name, surname, address, phone numbers, emails, postcode, province, etc.
As well as the information you want the agents to fill in during the call: if they are interested in what is being offered, the reason why they are not interested, if it is necessary to arrange a personal meeting, etc.

What is a power dialler or automatic dialler?
A power dialer is a telemarketing tool that automatically dials numbers from a list without the agent having to dial them manually.
As soon as an agent finishes a call, the power dialer dials the next number on the list, increasing the number of calls an agent can make.
What is a predictive dialer?
The predictive dialer is another telemarketing tool designed to maximise the time an agent spends talking to potential customers. The predictive dialer makes multiple calls simultaneously and only connects the call to the agent when it has been answered.
Can I use a built-in softphone?
As long as your browser is compatible with Enreach and can work with WebRTC, you should be able to use the built-in softphone. For best results, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox and a wired internet connection rather than Wi-Fi.
Which browser is recommended for Outbound by Enreach?
In our experience, Outbound by Enreach works best with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, but can also be used with other browsers.
Is Outbound by Enreach GDPR compliant?
Outbound by Enreach is fully GDPR compliant. The tool has functionality to determine how long information and personal data of leads is stored.
