There are different types of diallers and one is recommended over another depending on the business, strategy, number of agents and lead quality.

The Power Dialer calls the lead list one at a time, taking into account the agent’s status. As soon as the agent is available after a call, the information of the next lead is displayed.

The Predictive Dialer is based on the contact centre’s call history. Based on the number of unanswered calls, it initiates one or more calls per agent to reduce the time between an agent’s calls.

Both the Power Dialer and the Predictive Dialer have a feature called Click to Dial. This option allows agents to view lead data and decide whether to initiate the dial or end the campaign.

This dialer is ideal for training new agents. Each agent has their own list of leads to call and can choose which prospect to contact first.

CREATE YOUR OWN CAMPAIGN TEMPLATES

Before you create a campaign, you’ll need to create a template. In the Campaign Templates tab, you can specify which personal data you want to store from the customers: name, surname, address, phone numbers, emails, postcode, province, etc.

As well as the information you want the agents to fill in during the call: if they are interested in what is being offered, the reason why they are not interested, if it is necessary to arrange a personal meeting, etc.
