OUR HISTORY

In December 2019, masvoz became part of Enreach, completing its range of services and expanding its portfolio. Our contact center solution, which is now used by companies across Europe, allows customers to communicate with their users by phone, WebChat, WhatsApp and Email, and optimizes conversations with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Two years later, Enreach announced the addition of Telsome, turning our Virtual PBX service into a complete unified communications solution, with mobile telephony, fiber, videoconferencing and collaboration tools.

As of June 16, 2022, together we became Enreach, a leading European provider of converged communications solutions for businesses.
