If a company wants to use a 900 number, it must subscribe to it, which involves paying an activation fee, a monthly fee and the cost per call.
Does it cost anything to receive calls?
Yes, there is a cost for the company to receive calls on 900 numbers, which covers the free service for the caller.
Unlike mobile lines or geographical numbers, where the company doesn’t have to pay anything to receive calls, it does with 900 lines.
Can I call from a toll-free number?
Yes, you can call any national, international, fixed or mobile number from your 900 phone.
