IA Project Manager – Barcelona

We are currently looking for an AI Project Manager with expertise in voicebots, chatbots, and conversational AI to drive AI innovation, lead value propositions, manage project delivery, and ensure the quality of implemented solutions. This role combines technical vision, consultative skills, and deep understanding of conversational technologies, generative AI, voice analytics, and knowledge management.
HOW?
Project Management
- Join commercial meetings with clients to identify needs, use cases, and opportunities.
- Conduct technical and functional discovery to understand the client’s context, flows, and systems.
- Design value propositions, customized demos, and presentations showcasing the potential of voicebots/chatbots.
- Create functional architectures, scope definitions, and effort estimations.
- Explain technical concepts (NLP, integrations, STT/TTS, LLMs, etc.) clearly to nontechnical profiles.
- Participate in RFPs/RFIs and tender documentation.
- Lead the implementation of conversational solutions, coordinating technical and design teams.
- Ensure proper project management: planning, monitoring, risk control, quality assurance, and communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client during delivery.
- Supervise and validate flows, integrations, testing, and deployments.
- Manage expectations, prioritize requirements, and facilitate decisionmaking.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service continuity.
Optimization & Evolution of Solutions
- Analyze bot metrics (intents, disambiguation, NLU performance, timings, selfservice rate, NPS, etc.) and identify improvements.
- Run periodic workshops with clients to review results and propose enhancements.
- Maintain longterm client relationships to promote upselling and new functionalities.
- Ensure that the bot aligns with the client’s business objectives and conversational design best practices.
- Implement and optimize speech analytics strategies to identify patterns, detect issues, and improve UX.
- Supervise and improve the knowledge base (structure, maintenance, relevance, quality).
- Practical understanding of generative AI models and LLMbased assistants.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT OF YOU?
Education & Experience
- Experience in presales, functional consulting, or delivery of technological solutions (ideally conversational AI).
- Technical training in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of voicebot/chatbot platforms: Dialogflow, Rasa, Lex, Watson, Azure, Voiceflow, or others.
- Experience in managing technological projects and ongoing client relationships.
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud ecosystems.
- Understanding NLP/NLU, STT, TTS, and LLM concepts.
- Fluent English for interacting with international teams.
Technical Skills
- Ability to define conversational architectures and interaction models.
- Sufficient technical understanding to engage with developers and review deliverables.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Node.js preferred).
- Competence in metrics analysis and reporting tools.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
