Office Manager – Barcelona

HOW?

Your responsibilities being a member of the Administration and Finance team would include:

  • Reception of visitors
  • Facilities maintenance
  • Stock control of office supplies
  • Internal communication on issues related to the offices (rules of coexistence, protocols…). 
  • Events planning, catering
  • Purchasing of supplies
  • Management of office suppliers
  • Travel bookings
  • Assistance to management
  • Other general administrative tasks 
  • Support to Administration & Purchases team 
  • Support to Projects Team

  • You are eager to learn and start developing your professional career.
  • You must be an organized, decisive person with the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.
  • You must have a high internal and external customer orientation, with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • You must be able to fluently communicate in English: we are part of an international group and want you to bring your vision to the team.
