SR VoIP Specialist – Barcelona

We are currently looking for a professional to join our multidisciplinary team, composed of specialists in development, cloud solutions, and real-time voice and video communications. For our offices located in the heart of Barcelona, we are seeking a Senior VoIP Specialist, bringing experience and a desire to keep innovating in high-impact projects. 

HOW?

The mission for this position is to deliver top-quality service in resolving incidents reported by Enreach customers.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Resolve technical incidents following our quality standards and SLAs. 
  • Perform direct interventions at our clients’ premises to resolve incidents. 
  • Develop proposals for operational improvements to increase customer satisfaction. 
  • Provide second/third-level support for managing complex problems and requests. 
  • Act as the technical reference for the support team. 
  • Demonstrate a strong customer orientation. 
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents. 
  • Drive technological evolution of the platform and services. 

WHAT DO WE EXPECT OF YOU?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the described functions, performing roles in resolving technical incidents in VoIP or network environments. 
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. 
  • Experience in:  
    • SIP, Asterisk, SBCs, WebRTC 
    • Analysis and monitoring tools (Nagios, CheckMK, Grafana) 
    • Firewalls, VPNs, traffic-shaping, SIP-TRUNKING, VLANs 
    • System administration 
    • Network design and administration 
    • MySQL databases 
    • Virtualization technologies 
    • Troubleshooting in a VoIP environment 
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and ability to work independently, taking responsibility and being proactive. 

Additionally, we will especially value: 

  • Certifications in VoIP communications 
  • Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN) 
  • Knowledge of Public Cloud solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) 
  • Ability to work in a team, strong organizational skills, customer orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Advanced English (C1)
