Provisioning Technician – Barcelona

HOW?

The mission of this role is to coordinate and manage the activation, modification, and cancellation of services, ensuring an excellent customer experience and working closely with other departments to maintain satisfaction and efficiency throughout every process.

• Manage and coordinate the activation of new services.
• Handle new customer registrations, including contract processing, service activation, and customer communication.
• Ensure proper number and line porting, both for onboarding and disconnection.
• Manage service cancellations, including contract termination and customer notification.
• Process ownership changes and other administrative modifications.
• Categorize cases in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with different departments to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction for requested services.
• Document and share internal knowledge within the team.
• Become an expert in our product portfolio.
• Manage billing-related incidents in CRM arising during service activation or cancellation.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT OF YOU?

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge and advanced Excel skills, including macros.
• High customer orientation, both internal and external, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional level of English to communicate in an international environment and contribute your perspective to the team.
• Education in Business Administration and Finance (or related fields) is a plus.
