According to the latest report published by Gartner entitled “Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide” at the end of August, the main UCaaS providers on a worldwide basis are experiencing a steady growth of its revenues between 25 and 30%.
Daniel O’Connell and Bern Elliot, Gartner analysts, point out that “UCaaS is now a viable alternative for many companies.”

- Improve the customer and project management service.
- Develop and strengthen a comprehensive set of APIs.
- Routing functionality of unified communications to mobility and video communications.
All this, combined with aspects such as operational scalability of cloud-based services, and improving the offer by suppliers, will allow any company, regardless of size, find the communications solution suitable to their needs and interests.
