We are incredibly proud to announce our first corporate event, which will take place on the 16th of November from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at our Barcelona offices.
In this first edition of the Enreach Congress, we will explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence in Customer Service and discover the best tools to harness this revolutionary technology.
This exclusive event is a unique opportunity for companies in Barcelona and the surrounding area who want to learn from experts in the field of AI and customer service, and perhaps do a little networking too.

- 6.15pm – 6.45pm | EVA, the AI revolutionising customer service: Marc Brunés, AI specialist, will present EVA, an innovative AI solution that is changing the way companies interact with their customers.
- 6.45pm – 7.15pm | Questions and Answers: A space to answer any questions you may have and discuss what we’ve covered.
- From 7.15pm | Afterwork Snacks: The perfect opportunity to expand your professional network while enjoying a delicious networking snack.
We’ve been toying with the idea of hosting our own event since long before the pandemic. We are thrilled to have finally found the right time to launch the Enreach Congress.
