Specifically, these are the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, two certifications with international prestige that have been granted by the auditing company DNV.
ISO 9001 Certification
The first of these, ISO 9001, examines the Quality Management Systems of public and private organizations to measure their degree of excellence in the quality of their products and services, a fundamental aspect for companies that are part of the Contact Center sector, who know first-hand that in order to contribute to the satisfaction of the end customers of the companies that hire their products, their tools must meet the highest quality standards.
ISO 27001 Certification
On the other hand, ISO 27001 takes as a basis the risks that affect the security of a company’s information to evaluate it and conclude if said organization ensures the confidentiality and integrity of the information in its systems and applications. With the achievement of this certification, Enreach demonstrates its good management in a priority section for clients when contracting a service, because, as stated in a study carried out by Okta and YouGov on the digital consumer, 74% of Spaniards they do not buy services or products from companies they do not trust.
