Masvoz increases its turnover by 43% in 2011

Masvoz, the telecommunications operator specializing in business services, ended 2011 with a 43% increase in its turnover, making a total of 20.3 million euros. Masvoz has increased its turnover sevenfold in just five years. The telecommunications operator has increased both its turnover and the minutes operated by its various networks and platforms every year since 2006. Alfred Nesweda, the managing director of Masvoz, explains: “We have focused our efforts on developing a complete portfolio of integrated services in a useful and intuitive control panel that takes advantage of the Cloud: low costs; quick start-up and scalability in the service; greater availability and access from any device with Internet access and pay per use.” The company currently provides a service to more than 900 businesses. According to Nesweda, these include “leading companies in the logistics, banking, insurance, electronic commerce, telecommunications and tourism sectors… both in Spain and internationally.” Masvoz specializes in network services for businesses, and is a telecommunications operator that focuses on voice services (virtual PBX, call recording, IVR, intelligent routing, voice recognition and synthesis, multiconference, voicemail, IP telephony, virtual ACD, Click2Call, real time call monitoring); numbering (an network, geographic, mobile and international intelligent); SMS; fax (virtual fax, mass mailing), and POS payment services.
