Masvoz is still in the news. This time, the sector’s press echoed the latest novelties of the integrated telecommunications operator by virtue of its commitment to innovation in the services it offers its customers and its presence at high-profile events.
Contact Center, the leading magazine in the call center sector, reports that masvoz is one of the 48 companies selected by the Ministry of Enterprise and Labour of the Government of Catalonia to participate at the Mobile World Congress (MWC), due to be held at the end of February. Contact Center published the news in its online and printed versions.
The news had already been announced in an article in the Expansión daily and in the callcenternoticias.com magazine. Contact Center also publicised the company’s successful development of an integrated solution to manage incoming calls for the Vueling company. The company uses masvoz’s Virtual Contact Center for incoming calls, and recording and listening to calls in real time and automatic speech recognition (ASR) so that its clients can access flight information directly without waiting times. Masvoz also supplies Vueling with all the intelligent network numbers in Spain and abroad.
