Masvoz’s application BizPhone has recently been in the news in the agency Europa Press. This app allows workers to use their own smartphone as if it was one of the company’s mobile phones, assuming the company the cost of the business calls. In their press release, the agency outlines as the greatest advantage of the application the convenience for the worker of not having to carry two devices. Also, they save having to learn a new mobile phone. Not only does the worker save, but the company avoids having to purchase new devices and tariffs are up to 80% cheaper compared with those of traditional mobile operators. On the other hand, permanence clauses and various negotiations are avoided.
How does it work?
By using this application, when the employee makes a work call from their own personal device, their own work phone number is shown, protecting in this way their personal phone number. Also, the employee may benefit from all the functionalities of an advanced switchboard, including the set up of call reception times, the programming of call transfers or the activation of automatic replies.
When the company registers with BizPhone, it must authorise employees to be able to use the application and start making business calls that are billed to the company. The service is activated within 24 hours and allows to modify the number of lines that are authorised to use the app. In this way, companies are able to modify the number of authorised terminals according to timely needs of production, without permanence clauses. Likewise, there is no specific limit to number of users or authorised lines. It is an application designed for all kind of companies.
