According to the experts, the greater computing capacity and the 5G, announce a new stage in the connectivity of objects and in the relationship between machines, increasingly able to talk to each other.

The Future Of Device Control Is In The Voice

masvoz, operator of intelligent services for companies, has been present for the fifth consecutive year in the Spanish Pavilion in this great global technology event; exposing their cloud communication solutions based on Big Data and IA, which help organizations to perform predictive analytics and obtain high value information, thanks to the integration of new advanced analytical technologies.

In fact, dozens of visitors have been interested in the bet of the company, focused on the incorporation of Big Data technology based on Artificial Intelligence to optimize data processing between companies and their customers.

Precisely, according to the company, this union between Big Data and the AI will not only allow companies to obtain valuable information for their users and improve their results, but masvoz foresees that artificial intelligence applied to voice assistants will become the new interface that allows users to take advantage of technology and interact with their services. “This trend of voice assistance will gradually eliminate the need to interact with the touch screens of smartphones. We are heading towards a future in which this physical barrier will be eliminated,” explains Alfred Nesweda, CEO of masvoz.

The voice assistants, already present in applications such as Alexa or Siri, will mark this trend for the future. In this way, we will see how users will make more calls through these apps. How? Establishing the call with the voice and maintaining natural conversations, even without the need to hold the mobile phone.

In this sense, masvoz foresees that in less than 10 years, “around 30% of calls will be made through loudspeakers or other types of intelligent devices controlled only by voice,” says Nesweda.
